Please allow 1-2 business days for new orders to be processed and shipped out.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for domestic shipping and 2-4 weeks for International orders. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Refund Policy

The Phoenix is covered by a 30-Day Manufacturer’s Guarantee.  If within 30 days of your order of The Phoenix if you notice any manufacturing defects, you can email: and we will generate a packing slip for you and send you detailed instructions on how to return the product.

Just send back your Phoenix, and we will replace it with a new one, with free shipping.
